1.) Administrative Assistant – Position FILLED

Application is now open for the position of Administrative Assistant. All suitable candidates with relevant experience are invited to write in with their full resume and recent photograph.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to the Admin and Accounts Executive.
• Provide some secretarial support to the Business Director when required.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Business Studies/Administrative Management or equivalent. Those without should have at least minimum two (2) relevant working experience.

2.) Product Sales Application Specialist

Applications for the post of Product Application Specialist is now open. All suitable candidates with some working experience in medical or commercial laboratory diagnostics are invited to write in with full resume and a recent photograph.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of product knowledge
  programs for customers.
• Sales and marketing of products to customers.
• Provide product support and training to customers.
• Developing product marketing planning, execution and
  monitoring of marketing and communication plans, programs
  and activities in support of the product growth.
• Regulatory affairs with Health Science Authority of Singapore.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in biotechnology, biochemistry or
  microbiology.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related fields but will
  consider fresh graduates who are determine to make a career in
  medical devices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persistent and have a strong self motivation to succeed in Sales and Marketing.
• Team player and able to work independently.

3.) Service Engineer/Technician

Applications for the post of Service Engineer/Technician is now open. All suitable candidates with some working experience in servicing and troubleshooting medical or commercial laboratory diagnostics are invited to write in with full resume and a recent photograph.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of  schedule service maintenance to all customers.
• Installation  and validation of instruments at customer laboratory.
• Provide technical service support and training to customers.

Requirements:

• Experienced or retired service technicians
• Higher NITEC/NITEC in electronics
• Good in performing laboratory equipment preventive maintenance work
• Able to read electronic schematics/manuals in English
• Singaporeans/Malaysian/Singapore PR will only be considered
• Able to start work within short notice
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Persistent and have a strong self motivation to succeed.
• Team player and able to work independently.
